By purchasing, downloading, or using MASACP software licenses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software.

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment, MASACP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the software according to your purchased plan limits (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2, or Pro Enterprise).

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or circumvent the cryptographic licensing mechanisms of MASACP.

4. Merchant of Record & Payments

Payments and transactions are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Paddle handles payment processing, billing disputes, and sales tax compliance on our behalf.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

MASACP is provided “as is”. While we strive for 100% server uptime and security, we are not liable for server downtime or data loss caused by third-party hosting providers or improper server management.
